The built-in SQL Server connector in Fabric Data Factory doesn’t expose connection string properties like ApplicationIntent, MultiSubnetFailover, or Column Encryption Setting. Here is a supported way around it: put those properties in an ODBC DSN on an on-premises data gateway and connect through the ODBC connector, demonstrated with Always Encrypted in a Copy job.
